GlowMee may collect and use your information when you use GlowMee services (including the GlowMee website and GlowMee mobile app) .
GlowMee hopes to explain to you through this Privacy Policy how GlowMee collects, uses, stores and shares this information when you use GlowMee 's services , as well as the ways GlowMee provides you with to access, update, control and protect this information. This Privacy Policy is closely related to the GlowMee services you use . Transaction information such as transaction serial number and transaction history after you purchase paid services;

GlowMee account by connecting to a third-party social media (such as Google) , or if you connect your GlowMee account with a third-party social media account, information you provide from social media;
When you use our products, we may collect information about your device or information sent by your mobile device, such as the operating system, language and Android ID, your IP location and log files when you use our products.
When you use GlowMee , we may request your mobile phone status permission to ensure the arrival rate of push notifications and avoid repeated push notifications. We promise not to disclose any of your mobile phone information.
Small text files (Cookies). We may use small text files or similar technologies to collect information about how you use our products and their features.
Information you choose to post and/or publicly display. You can post your photos, voice or other materials on our products and share them with others in/through our products. These materials you post will still be under your control, and you can still choose whether to post, display or remove such materials.
Log information (log). When you use the product, GlowMee servers will automatically record the activities and related information you create. This log information may include: the links you click on and our products, the video streams you watch, the date and time you access the webpage, product features and other statistics and small text file information. We may also collect information from your interaction with the product to understand your interests and customize and improve our products and features.
Information you submit. Information you submit to communicate with us, such as your email address, name, and other information when you provide us feedback about our applications and services through our feedback channels. You also provide us with other information, such as by syncing your address book data. If you choose to import your address book, we will receive your contact information. If you sync your contacts with our Services, we will collect your address book information to help you continue to expand your network by recommending connections for you and other members. You do not have to post or upload personal data, but this may limit your ability to expand and interact with your network through our Services.
Information from others. Others may synchronize their address books to our Services. We receive personal data about you (including contact information) when others import or synchronize their address books to our Services, associate their contacts with members, or send messages (including invitations or friend requests) using our Services.
When you subscribe or purchase a Paid Service from us directly (rather than through the iOS or Android Platform), you may provide us or our payment service providers with information such as your charge or credit card number or other financial information.
GlowMee Services for legitimate interests , we may collect some or all of the following personal information about you:
Web activity information, such as your browsing history, search history, videos or pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, other users' accounts to which you subscribe, and information about your interactions with other users;
Information from Other Sources: We may receive additional information from third parties and sources outside of the GlowMee Services. For example, we may obtain additional information from the Services you use or from social media networks (such as Google ) that you have granted us access to. When you access the GlowMee Services through a social media network or connect the GlowMee Services to a social media network, you authorize GlowMee to collect, store and use such additional information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, mobile device make, model and serial number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI number, IMSI number and Media Access Control address;
information about your visits and use of other applications;
Mobile advertising identifiers, which are used by mobile operating systems and can be used by ad providers to collect metrics about your mobile application (Apple’s IDFA or Google’s AAID) to help us and advertisers deliver ads that may be more relevant to your interests;
Metadata, which is associated with the UGC you provide to us, describes other data and provides information about how, when, by whom the UGC was collected, and how it was formatted, such as hashtags and subtitles used to tag video keywords; and Cookies, which are small pieces of data that enable us to provide certain features and are collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use the GlowMee Services, and to enhance your experience using the GlowMee Services.
We may also collect, use and share your information to generate and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. Aggregate data may be derived from your Personal Information but is not considered Personal Information because it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users who access a particular website feature, generate statistics about our users, calculate the percentage of users who access a particular website feature, or count the number of ad impressions served or clicked.
The storage and access of cookies related to the GlowMee Services are subject to the GlowMee Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”).
B. How do we use the information we collect?

Stay connected
We use data about you to help others find your account, recommend connections for you and others, and enable you to invite others to become members and add you as a friend.
You can choose whether to invite others to use our Services, send friend invitations, or allow other Members to add you as a friend. When you invite someone to connect with you, your invitation will include your network and basic information. We will send invitation reminders to the members you invited.
Personalized user experience.
To help develop our services - We may use the data we collect to provide, maintain, improve and develop our services.
We may collect and use the information described above to recommend other user content or features that may be of interest to you.
We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide you with GlowMee features and functionality; to communicate with you directly, such as sending you emails and push notifications; and to allow you to share your creations on GlowMee with your contacts or social media sites. GlowMee Services and their content to you , including any interactive features on the GlowMee Services, and to provide you with the information, products, or services you allow us to provide; we also collect and use personal information to verify your eligibility and to deliver prizes in connection with promotions and sweepstakes;
Service Improvement: To improve and personalize our Services by providing new services, information, suggestions and feedback;
Customer Management: To administer Registered Users’ accounts, provide customer support and notifications to Registered Users regarding their accounts or subscriptions, and notifications regarding changes to the GlowMee Services or any other products or services we offer or provide through it;
Communications: To communicate and interact directly with you, for example, we may send notifications about upcoming changes, promotions, or improvements to the GlowMee Services;
Content review: reviewing images, graphics and content posted or generated on the GlowMee Services to ensure that we comply with any applicable content regulations in any relevant jurisdictions;
Content Customization: To conduct research and analysis about your use of or interest in the content, products, or services offered on the GlowMee Services in order to develop and display content on our websites and applications based on your interests;
Performance analysis: determine whether users of the GlowMee Service are unique or whether the same user uses the GlowMee Service multiple times, and monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, number of videos viewed, and demographic patterns;
Functionality and safety: identifying users who do not meet age restrictions, diagnosing or fixing technical problems, and detecting, preventing, and responding to actual or potential fraud, illegal activity, or intellectual property infringement;

Cookies: We and our vendors and service providers use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) (“Cookies”) to automatically collect information, measure and analyze which web pages you click on and how you use the Platform, enhance your experience using the Platform and improve our Services. System permissions used
We may need to use the system permissions in your device (excluding permissions called by third parties) to collect relevant personal information. Although we have already touched upon this in the previous section, this section will summarize and organize all the system permissions used by GlowMee to facilitate a more systematic, complete and transparent presentation to you. You can choose whether to authorize us to use the relevant permissions of your device. If you do not authorize us to use the relevant permissions, some services may be unavailable, but it will not affect your use of other features of GlowMee.
Photo album and storage permissions: When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the photo album reading and storage function on your device. This function will be used to upload text, images, videos and other content in your device, and can also cache text, images, and video content generated during your use of GlowMee products and/or services. Please be aware that we will not automatically read the storage content of your local photo album. We will only obtain image/video data after you agree to enable this permission and actively select the corresponding image in the photo album. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned functions will not work properly.
Camera permission: When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the camera function on your device. This function will be used to realize the photo shooting and video recording functions, and collect and identify the pictures and video information taken or recorded during the implementation of the above functions. If you refuse this authorization, the above functions will not be available.
Microphone permission: When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the microphone function on your device and recognize the voice information you upload. Device information access permission: When you agree to enable this permission, in order to protect your account and login security, we will collect your corresponding device information for optimizing user experience, security checks, identifying whether it is a commonly used device, and device binding status. If you are an Android user, your refusal to grant this authorization will result in your inability to use this product and/or service normally. GlowMee will not disclose your email and mobile number to anyone. When you pay with Google Pay, Apple Pay, or log in with third-party methods such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., they may ask you to enter your email or mobile number. You need to read their privacy policy for details.
We will delete all open platform data as quickly as possible under the following circumstances:
a. When it is no longer necessary to retain the Open Platform Data for legitimate business purposes consistent with these Terms and all other applicable terms and policies;

c. When a third party asks us to delete open platform data for the purpose of protecting users;

We will review your request and let you know whether your request is applicable under the relevant laws and regulations.

GlowMee is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services (or such higher age as your country requires for you to use our Services without parental consent). Pursuant to applicable law, in addition to meeting the minimum age requirement to use our Services, if you are not old enough to agree to our Terms in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms on your behalf. All accounts of users under the age of 18 will be terminated. As required by the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), we will delete information from our database once we discover that the information collected is from a child. M. Retention of Your Information
We will retain your Personal Information and Other Information as long as you maintain your GlowMee account.

Upon such request, which we have properly reviewed, we will delete data that we do not need to retain for regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation or other legal purposes. For example, we retain location, device, and usage data for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes; while retaining such data, it may also use it for safety, security, fraud prevention and detection, and research and development purposes. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to delete your account, such as if there is a balance on the account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Once the issue preventing deletion has been resolved, we will delete the account as described above.
We may also retain certain information for safety, security, and fraud prevention purposes, if necessary. For example, if we deactivate a user account due to unsafe behavior or a security incident, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new GlowMee account in the future.
